Patricia Paterson has extensive professional experience in education, mental health, and social services. She has worked as a Master Life Coach at the Arizona Department of Education, focusing on trauma-informed resilience and supporting neurodivergent youth and adults. In this role, she implements programs to improve emotional wellness, mental health, and coping skills while fostering communication and self-awareness. Patricia also has experience as a Positive Behavior Counselor and Substitute Teacher at Colonel Smith Middle School, where she developed and implemented behavior support programs.

Additionally, she served as an Early Intervention Lead Case Manager and Mental Health Support Specialist at the Division of Developmental Disabilities, where she provided emotional intelligence support, program administration, and training services. Patricia has also worked as a Senior Rehabilitation Counselor, providing care and training for individuals with disabilities to promote optimal functioning and independence.

Moreover, she has coaching experience as a Head Girls Basketball Coach at Colonel Smith Middle School and Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Buena High School. In these roles, she developed training programs, provided individualized coaching, and promoted whole health concepts to enhance athletic performance. Patricia also worked as an Investigations Intake Human Service Worker at the Arizona Department of Child Safety, supporting legal cases and providing counseling services to individuals experiencing psychosocial challenges.

Patricia holds a Master's degree in Adult Education Training from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Florida, and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Miami Dade College. She is certified in Basic Life Support, as a K-12 Substitute Teacher in Arizona, and as a Trauma-Informed Support Specialist. Her diverse background and expertise demonstrate her commitment to improving the well-being of individuals across various settings.
